In this week’s Ag Minute, the Southern Food and Beverage Museum shows us a Louisiana twist on how to make pesto sauce. TWILA’s Neil Melancon shows us the next generation of sugarcane, and gives us an update on the copy from the 2020 sugarcane freeze. We wrap up the show by celebrating our very own Kristen Oaks-White. Last week was her birthday, and we share with you another side of her — the painter.
