TWILA’S Neil Melancon delivers the results of the American Farm Bureau’s Thanksgiving Market Basket Survey, and shows us how Louisiana’s prices stacked up against the nationwide average cost for a Thanksgiving meal. We also see how the supply chain issues are impacting both grocery store managers and shoppers this season. In this month’s Field to Feast, Jennifer Finley takes us to Alma Sugarcane Farm & Mill where they are running at full speed through grinding season. Jennifer and Chef Yvette Bonnano whip up a Louisiana Beef appetizer and a holiday cocktail made with Three Roll Estate Dark Rum.
